Frequently Asked Questions:

  • What days and times are birthdays available? 
    Birthday parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays. You are able to select one of three party start times which is when your party will be held inside of our Big Top restaurant. The party is 90 minutes from the start of the selected party time. Party times are: 11:00am, 1:00pm, or 3:00pm. Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis and are booked based upon availability.

  • How many children does the birthday party come with? 
    Each birthday party comes with a minimum of 10 children (9 children plus the birthday child). Additional children can be added on for an additional fee. 

  • What does each package come with? 
    Please reference the graph above as it states what each birthday package comes with and what is not included in each package. 
       
                               
  • Can we bring in any food or cake?
    Each child receives two slices of pizza and a refillable souvenir cup on the date of the party. Cake is not permitted to be brought into the park, however, cupcakes can be brought in with a confirmed birthday party. Any additional food is not permitted to be brought into the park. 

  • Do the adults have to pay to come in for the party? 
    Yes. Anyone who is entering the park will be required to pay admission. Adults attending the birthday party are an additonal fee for admission only. Food and other offerings from the package is not included for adults. The birthday child does receive two free adult admission (this is usually the parents or guardians of the birthday child). Additional adults will receive the birthday admission rate up to the start of the birthday party; anyone who arrives after the start of the party will be responsible for paying full gate price for entry. 

  • Can we bring in our own decorations? 
    Yes. You can bring in your own decorations. Decorations that are permitted are: table cloths, plates, and napkins. You will have to decorate your designated party space as our team cannot assist with decorations that are brought in. Balloons may be brought in for the party only and must be taken back to the car immediately after the party. Costumed and face characters are not permitted and will not be allowed entry to the park. 
    If you choose not to bring your own decorations, our birthday parties come with gender neutral decorations for the table and our team will set them up.

We are ready to celebrate with you! As you get ready to celebrate with us, please make sure you are ready to book your birthday party. 

Once you click on the deposit link:
Select which one of our three packages you are interested in booking: Bronze, Silver, or Gold
Select your meal time from our three different time slots: 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, or 3:00 pm. 
*Meal times are booked first come first serve and are based on availability

In order to secure your birthday slot, a $50 non-refundable deposit must be made.
Birthdays will not be confirmed without a deposit. 

Once the deposit has been made, the notifcation will be sent to our birthday coordinators and our team will reach out and put together the finer details of your special day.
