Available Positions

  • Ride Park (16+)

    Summary:

    A Ride Operator provides guests with a safe and fun experience at each ride.  

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Safely operate the ride

    • Complete daily checklist before operation of ride

    • Entertain guests and calm their nerves as they board

    • Push buttons and pull switches to start attractions

    • Ensure seatbelts are tight and lap bars are locked

    • Enforce rider restrictions and measure for height requirements

    • Explain safety procedures to rides

    • Assist guests in and out of the ride vehicles and cycle through the line efficiently and cautiously

    • Answer all guest questions and give proper guidance

    • Respond appropriately and quickly to ride emergencies

    • Report any strange noises or ride malfunctions to the on duty mechanic

    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    • Complete any tasks as requested by Admissions Supervisors or Management

    • Comply and enforce all park policies, procedures, and labor laws

    Other:

    • Must be 16 years or older

    • Must be able to work  evenings, weekends, and holidays

    • Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sun with no shade, cold, rain, dust, and all other outdoor weather elements

  • Food & Beverage (16+)

    Summary:

    The host/hostess provides a fun experience to birthday parties and groups. This position is vital in ensuring our guests feel welcome and want to return again.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and greet all birthday guests as they enter the park

    • Take orders and deliver food promptly and accurately

    • Coordinate games for birthday children

    • Operate Point of Sales (POS) registers, and give appropriate change and receipts when necessary

    • Assist in the kitchen as needed

    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    • Complete any tasks as requested by Food & Beverages Supervisors or Management

    • Comply with all park policies, procedures, and labor laws

    Other:

    • Must be 16 years or older

    • Must be able to work  evenings, weekends, and holidays

    • Ability to work in high temperatures and a fast-paced environment

    • Must be able to stand, kneel, walk, stoop, and bend

      Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs

  • Park Services (16+)

    Summary:

    The Park Services team member maintains and improves the park to ensure it looks at its best.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all areas, including buildings, midways, tables, benches, and parking lots are clean

    • Use chemicals to make restrooms and areas spotless

    • Pick up and remove trash and debris from the property and dispose of it appropriately

    • Clean in a pre-planned order and on a continuous rotation during shift periods

    • Answer all guest questions and give proper guidance

    • Complete daily checklists

    • Performing additional seasonal cleaning tasks

    • Maintain high standards of performance for all areas within their responsibilities

    • Ensure ADA standards are met in each location

    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    • Complete any tasks as requested by Grounds Supervisors or Management

    • Comply with all park policies, procedures, and labor laws

    Other:

    • Must be 16 years or older

    • Must be able to work  evenings, weekends, and holidays

    • Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sun with no shade, cold, rain, dust, and all other outdoor weather elements

    • Must be able to stand, kneel, walk, stoop, and bend

      Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs

  • Admissions (16+)

    Summary:

    Provide fast and friendly service to our guests in all areas of the department including ticket sellers, annual pass processing, parking attendant, and park receptionist. 

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and greet all guests as they enter the park

    • Sell and process various tickets and passes

    • Check guest’s belongings before entering the park

    • Answer all guest questions and give proper guidance

    • Operate Point of Sales (POS) registers, and give appropriate change and receipts when necessary

    • Activate annual and season passes through point of sales based programs and equipment

    • Validate online tickets or coupons before allowing guest to enter

    • Regulate all park communication including incoming calls and radio traffic 

    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    • Complete any tasks as requested by Admissions Supervisors or Management

    • Comply with all park policies, procedures, and labor laws

    Requirements:

    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Languages: Fluent English. Bilingual skills are helpful. 

    Skills: 

    • Communication – Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

    • Problem Solving/Analysis – Define problems  and execute remedial strategies in a timely manner

    • Flexibility – Maintain a flexible work schedule

    • Initiative and Adaptability – Take initiative and execute plans 

    Experience:  Prior cash handling experience preferred

    Other:

  • Arcade (16+)

    Summary:

    Provide fast and friendly service to our guests in all areas of the department including prize counter, golf courses, and food service.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and greet all guests as they enter the park

    • Issue redemption prizes to guests

    • Sell and process various tickets and passes

    • Provide golf supplies to guests with appropriate wristband

    • Validate online tickets or coupons before allowing guests to enter

    • Activate annual and season passes through point of sales based programs and equipment

    • Ensure golf courses (including holes) are free of debris before and during operation

    • Prepare food orders in Snack Bar

    • Store food properly and safely with correct labeling

    • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

    • Demonstrate knowledge of facility and merchandise

    • Assist guests with tellers, Arcade games or card issues

    • Fully re-stock bins, shelves, displays, and food

    • Cross-train in Retail and Skill Games

    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    • Complete any tasks as requested by Retail, Arcade and Skill Supervisors or Management

    • Comply and enforce all park policies, procedures, and labor laws

    Other:

    • Must be 16 years or older

    • Must be able to work  evenings, weekends, and holidays

    • Must obtain a Food Handlers Card.

    • Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sun with no shade, cold, rain, dust, and all other outdoor weather elements

  • Golf Maintenance (18+)

    Summary:

    The Maintenance team member maintains golf courses, buildings, and grounds throughout the park.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Perform regular mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance

    • Inspect, maintain and repair golf courses

    • Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and equipment

    • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

    • Assist in ordering materials for projects and assigned tasks

    • Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision

    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    • Comply with all park policies, procedures, and labor laws

    Other:

    • Must be 18 years or older

    • Must be able to work  evenings, weekends, and holidays

    • Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sun with no shade, cold, rain, dust, and all other outdoor weather elements

    • Must be able to stand, kneel, walk, stoop, and bend

    • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75lbs

    • Must be able to work at heights in excess of 100 feet

    • Must provide own tools and some equipment related to mechanical trades

    • Must possess a valid driver’s license

    • Must possess the physical capabilities necessary to perform the job duties

  • Ride Mechanic Part-Time (18+)

    Summary:

    The Mechanic ensures the safe operation and maintenance of all rides and attractions.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing and rebuilding mechanical pieces of equipment and rides to sustain specified safety and performance standards

    • Conduct ride inspections on a daily basis

    • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

    • Assist other departments and trades personnel with any aspect of the park as assigned by direct supervisor or manager

    • Assist in ordering materials for projects and assigned tasks

    • Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision

    • Ability to comprehend blueprints and schematic diagrams, and follow manufacturer's specifications

    • Experience servicing maintenance equipment and systems (bearings, drives, lifts, gearboxes, chains, etc.) 

    • Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

    • Must provide own tools and some equipment related to mechanical trades

    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    • Comply with all park policies, procedures, and labor laws

    Experience:  

    • Must have experience in related fields 

    • Must have mechanical and electrical trouble shooting experience

    • One to two years of welding experience preferred

    • Certified in AWS welding processes preferred

    Other: 

    • Must be 18 years or older

    • Must be able to work  evenings, weekends, and holidays

    • Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sun with no shade, cold, rain, dust, and all other outdoor weather elements

    • Must be able to stand, kneel, walk, stoop, and bend

    • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75lbs
