No Mardi Gras celebration is complete without a party! Join us for a Mardi Gras themed live show. Singers, dancers and beads! Lots and lots of beads. Audience participation too! Check back for details in 2025.
Flavors of Mardi Gras
Savor the flavors of Mardi Gras with our new Mardi Gras tasting cards. Enjoy sample sizes of New Orleans’ favorites including popcorn shrimp po’ boy sandwiches, hush puppies, King Duke funnel cakes, shrimp and sausage gumbo, beignets, and bananas Foster funnel cakes. Purchase a tasting card for either three or seven samples!

Say “Hello” to King Duke, leader of the Mardi Gras Festivities. Join Castle Park’s favorite dragon for festive photo-ops throughout the day at the Royal Tent.
