While we look forward to welcoming each of you to Castle Park again this year, there is a great deal of uncertainty for us all surrounding the current COVID-19 situation.

Our highest priority remains the safety of all of our Team Members and Guests, and we’re closely following the guidelines set forth by federal, state and local government officials and health experts. In accordance with those guidelines, we will remain closed until further notice. While it’s too soon to confidently provide a reopening date, please know we remain committed to opening Castle Park for you to enjoy as soon as safely possible.

To our devoted Annual Passholders: we want to thank you for your support in good times and bad, and reaffirm our commitment to you by adding the number of operating dates closed back on to all passes that would have expired on or after March 1, 2020.
2020 Winter Saver Passes & Stocking Stuffer Tickets will be valid for an additional 3 weeks from our reopening date.

Yes, we will reschedule each Passholder Appreciation Day that was missed due to park closure.

Yes, any pass that would have expired on or after March 1, 2020 will receive the number of operating dates we were closed added onto their pass.

We will honor Winter Saver Passes for an additional 3 weeks when we reopen.

Yes, Any unused Stocking Stuffer tickets that were set to expire on March 31, 2020, can be redeemed when we reopen for an additional 3 weeks.

Good Any Day tickets will be valid through the entirety of 2020, and Limited Operation and Date-Restricted Tickets will be accepted any day of 2020. Guests with additional questions about their tickets can email

We are still accepting applications, however at this time in-person interviews, orientations and training are on hold at least through April 30, when the most recent order on public gatherings is set to expire.

Our highest priority remains the safety of all of our Team Members and Guests, and we’re closely following the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, California Department of Health, and Riverside County Public Health Department, along with other government officials and health experts. Some of our evolving sanitation procedures include:

  • Making sure rides and other areas are clean and hygienic
  • Communicating and promoting the need to maintain social distance
  • Promoting regular and thorough hand washing by Team Members, Contractors and Guests
  • Installing sanitizing hand rub dispensers in prominent places around the park to facilitate handwashing amongst Guests
  • Promoting good respiratory hygiene in the workplace
  • Encouraging Guests and Team Members to stay home if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, shown symptoms, or themselves come into contact with an individual at risk or suspected of having contracted COVID-19.
  • Educating all Team Members about illness prevention, preparedness and response
