I purchased a Castle Park Pass, what next?

New Annual Holder:
During your first visit, you will need to have your Pass processed. To do this, simply bring the confirmation voucher that you received via email to the Castle Park Pass Processing Center at Guest Relations. There, you will receive your physical Pass card that you will use for admission into the park this year.

Renewal Annual Pass Holder:
When you renew your Pass next year, you can continue to use the same card! You must renew before the expiration date or the day of expiration.

How do I get my perks?

Your perks will load automatically onto your Platinum or Gold Pass card after you visit Guest Relations. Simply show your Platinum or Gold Pass card to redeem your perks at any applicable locations.

What if I lose my Annual Pass Card?

If you lose your Pass Card, stop by Guest Relations, located near Sea Dragon, for a replacement! $10 replacement fee.

How do I upgrade my Annual Pass?

It is easy! Visit Guest Relations, located near Sea Dragon, to upgrade your pass to a higher level.

Can I upgrade my Day Ticket to a Annual Pass?

You can upgrade your Day Ticket the same day you are visiting Guest Relations, located near Sea Dragon.

How do I update my payment information?

Update your payment method-it's easy! All you have to do is log in to Ticket Management’ and click ‘Tickets’ under ‘Manage your account’. Select the purchase you want to change payment method for, then click ‘Payment method’. Once selected, you can change your payment method, view your receipt or pay all remaining amounts.

How do I update my profile?

Want to continue to receive emails with information and offers that are relevant to you? Be sure to update your profile regularly - it's easy! All you have to do is click ‘Update Profile’ at the bottom of any Castle Park email that is sent to you. It's important to keep your email, phone number, and address up to date!
