What benefits come with a Big Kahuna's Season Pass?

A Season Pass offers unlimited admission for the entire 2026 season, plus access to all summer events and exclusive passholder experiences. Depending on the pass level, guests may also receive parking perks, souvenir items, cabana upgrades, and other exclusive benefits.

How do I choose the best Season Pass?

Passes vary by including perks such as parking options and bonus swag. To choose the best fit, consider how often you plan to visit, whether you prefer weekday-only or full-season access, and which perks—like VIP parking or souvenir items—matter most to you.

Are there blackout dates for any Season Pass options?

Most pass levels offer admission with no blackout dates. The Bronze Pass includes weekday admission only and excludes specific holidays. Blackout dates include Memorial Day & Labor Day. Always review the pass details before purchasing.

When is the water park open for the season, and what dates are included with my pass?

The waterpark is typically open from April through September, weather permitting. Your Silver, Platinum, and Elite Season Pass is valid every day we’re open, including weekends, holidays, and special events. Bronze Passes are valid Monday – Friday during the season. Be sure to check our hours and calendar page for updated operating days and times.

Can I upgrade a single-day ticket to a season pass?

Absolutely! If you visit and love your day at the park (and we know you will), you can apply the cost of your day ticket toward a Season Pass upgrade on the same day. Visit Guest Services before you leave to make the switch and unlock a whole season of fun.

Can I upgrade my season pass to an Elite Pass?

Definitely. If you’d like to elevate your experience, you can upgrade your Season Pass to an Elite Pass during your visit. Visit Guest Services before you leave, and we’ll take care of the upgrade so you can enjoy top-tier benefits all season long.

Can I visit the park any day with my Season Pass?

Elite, Platinum, and Silver Passes offer season-long admission without blackout dates. The Bronze Pass provides weekday access and excludes certain blackout dates.

Do Season Passholders get access to special events?

Yes! All Season Pass levels include access to summer events and exclusive passholder-only experiences throughout the season. Special event activations that require an additional fee are not included; these are traditionally held outside of the summer waterpark season.

What happens if I lose my Season Pass?

If your Season Pass is lost or stolen, visit Guest Services with a valid photo ID. We’ll verify your membership and issue a replacement card so you can get back to the fun right away. Replacement fees may apply.

Are online Season Pass specials available if I buy my pass in the park?

Online-only specials are not available for in-park purchases. To take advantage of our best Season Pass deals, be sure to purchase online before you visit!

Is there going to be Bring-a-Friend Free passes this year?

Yes, the Elite Season Pass will include bring a friend free passes. However the program is currently being finalized. We’ll announce the official start date and eligible days as soon as the information is available.
